How does a photographer upload photos for an agent?

For a photographer to upload photos on behalf of an agent, they will follow the instructions below or click here for a downloadable PDF with these steps.

  1. Open the email from the agent and click the “Upload Photos” link to get started. 

  1. Enter your email address so that the system can verify your access. 

  1. Check your inbox for the verification code and enter it to confirm your identity. 

  1. Drag and drop your photos into the upload window or select “Browse” to choose them from your device. 

  1. Do the “Image Upload Certification” by clicking the checkbox and “Continue”.  

  1. Arrange your images in the order you prefer and add captions to highlight important details or context. 

  1. Review everything, then submit your upload in the upper-right corner when you’re satisfied. 

 

As a reminder, once the photographer submits the photos, they won’t be able to add or edit them until the agent has reviewed the upload.
