Mark your calendars for Remine updates coming on February 5!

On February 5, Remine is expected to release a number of new features to enhance its client and agent experiences. As part of your MARIS membership, all members will have access to these new features.

Below you’ll find an overview of what to expect in this release. For a demo of the new features, sign up for a Remine webinar!

Client-Facing Updates

Invite Co-buyers: Clients will now be able to invite one or more co-buyers to share in the homebuying journey by adding them to a Shared Group. All invitees will become associated with the same agent as the original client.

Client Chat: Clients will be able to chat with co-buyers and their agent in a modern interface – giving clients the everyday usability they crave, while keeping the agent at the center of the homebuying experience.

Agent Profile Redesigned: The agent profile will have a fresh new look and feel! A static Contact Me card will be available – encouraging perspective clients to contact the agent, instantly.*

*To ensure that your profile is up-to-date, we recommend that you review your agent profile via Settings on the web version.

Agent-Facing Updates

All Carts: This feature adds a master cart list to Carts — allowing agents to view a single list of every property they have within all of their carts. Agents can sort properties, search for a specific address, manage columns, and perform bulk actions such as sending mailers, printing mailing labels and exporting into a CSV.

Customize Print Reports: You will be able to customize sections in all printable reports – including which AVMs they would like to include in their reports, such as: Public Record, Schools, Demographics, Property History, Valuation and Associated People.

Public Record Data One-Pager: This feature enables agents to compose a condensed, one-page version of a property's public record data, with the option to include valuations. Sections included: Key Stats, Building Features, Structure Utilities, Flood Zone Lot, APNS, Home Value and Property History.

Advanced Flood Maps: Agents can now toggle on and off the flood boundaries to get a better representation of where their property structure lies on the flood map.

Deeds & Plats: Agents will have the ability to purchase deeds and plats via Remine! This helps agents ensure that the ownership of a property is clear when the deed is considered "clean." Deeds & plats can be purchased using credits or $7/deed and $1/plat.
