Qualifications

To join MARIS MLS as an Agent or Appraiser, you must:

  • (For Agents) Hold an active Missouri or Illinois Real Estate License.
  • (For Appraisers) Hold an active Missouri or Illinois Appraiser’s License.
  • Be a member in good standing of a Board/Association of REALTORS®, listed as an ACTIVE REALTOR®.

If you are not currently a member of a Board or Association of REALTORS®, please contact one of our 14 shareholders. You can find the list here.
 

Note: Your Board does not need to be located in Missouri. However, if your membership is with an out-of-state Board of REALTORS®, you must provide a letter of good standing from that Board.

  1. Complete and sign the Subscriber Application.
  2. Submit the application to Membership@marismls.com for processing.
  3. Once your application is processed, you’ll receive an email with your User ID, Password, and instructions on how to access the MARIS MLS system.
