FastStats provides a map-based interface leading to clear and concise ready-made market reports. Local Market Updates are one-page reports for nearly 250 predefined geographies in the region. Monthly Indicators is a set of monthly, market-wide reports for 14 local real estate organizations. The quarterly Marketwatch Report breaks down housing market activity by county and ZIP codes within each county. An Annual Report for 2018 will be available in January 2019.
