MyFloodStatus, powered by WTG, LLC, was launched to address the expanding need for accurate, certified flood determinations for real estate agents and their clients. Staffed with Certified Floodplain Managers and GIS specialist they deliver on this need.
MyFloodStatus flood determinations go beyond the industry standard one-page Flood Hazard Form and includes accurate, structure-based visual verification mapping detail based on the current effective FEMA map. If FEMA is proposing a map change, the MyFloodStatus report will also include the preliminary map giving a heads up to how the designation might change.
Each low-cost certified flood report is backed by $3M of E&O insurance and includes free access to their Flood Resource Center.
MyFloodStatus also provides free agent resource tools that can be used with buyers or sellers.
