What if I'm already on a Remine Pro, Plus or Success plan?

MARIS recently announced the decision to upgrade all members to Remine Pro at no additional cost, starting November 1, 2019. If you are currently a Remine Pro, Plus or Success user, below are a few facts to help keep you informed and aware.

Service

Remine Pro will be made available to all MARIS members starting November 1, 2019. There will be no interruption in service. You won’t notice a difference – except that you are saving $199/month for Pro access.

Billing

As part of your MARIS membership, your Remine Pro plan will be covered by MARIS starting November 1. If you have an annual subscription, you will automatically be reimbursed for your payment — minus any portions you are responsible for prior to November 1. If you have a monthly subscription, please email support@remine.com to be reimbursed for any payments made for November.

Educational Opportunities

Remine and MARIS will be co-hosting classes in various regions so we can introduce our members to Remine Pro. Webinars will also be available throughout the month of November. This a great opportunity for you to get a walkthrough of the updated platform and to get a demo of all the new features.

The Remine User Community group on Facebook is also a great resource. Request to join the group and get involved with peers from across the country!
