How many days do I have to enter or update a listing?

Days to input a listing: 5* business days from the day the listing agreement is signed

Changes to listing update: 3 business days

*Market Exception: If the listing is marketed publicly, the listing needs to be entered into the MLS within the same calendar day of that marketed activity. 

There is an exception regarding yard signs.  The listing must be in the MLS no later than the end of the calendar day following installation of the yard sign.
