Can I reset the days on market?

To reset cumulative days on market (CDOM),the listing must be in one of the off-market statuses below for a FULL 60 days.

Off-market statuses are:

• Withdrawn
• Canceled
• Expired

After the 60 days in an off-market status, the listing must be entered as a new listing to reset the days on market.

Note: It will not work to change the status of the off-market listing, the listing must be entered as a new listing.
