RPR delivers on-the-go access to hundreds of data sets from public records and listing data. In addition, it provides demographics, neighborhood and school information, and unbeatable, highly customizable reports.

While RPR is packed with features, here are the “Top 5” that make the RPR mobile app really pop!

Show RVM/AVM values. RPR shows values of properties based on an Automated Valuation Model using public records data or the REALTOR® Valuation Model, which adds MLS data to improve efficiency. AVM/RVM values are displayed with a confidence score based on the amount of information the system has to work with.

Create branded Flyers and CMAs. From a 1-page Property Flyer to an 82- page CMA, you can utilize the RPR app to create professional, branded reports that can be viewed and shared directly from your mobile phone.

Share AARP Livability Index based on location. RPR provides you with neighborhood information including transportation, environment and health to name a few. The AARP Livability Index is meant to find “great neighborhoods for all ages.”

Create listing notes, photos or memos while showing a property. You go through numerous homes in a short period of time. Use RPR’s mobile app to take and save notes, photos and memos to individual listings for accessing later. This is on a by-account basis and does NOT share to other users of RPR.
