Over the past few years, there have been numerous changes made to the status definitions as MARIS aligns with the National Association of REALTORS® Clear Cooperation Policy.
Working to combine and consolidate the questions we continue to hear; Tracey Yost and Haley Zomphier created a Status Guide and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document.
Along with those documents, a separate office manual has been created. This manual will include the guide & FAQ sheet as well as in depth information on days on market calculation, listing input questions, and a copy of the rules & regulations.
