Fully Automated Virtual Tours and Marketing
Property Panorama’s InstaView marketing platform automatically generates unbranded virtual tours, videos, and mailings using MLS listing data. It updates hourly and includes customizable branding and extended digital marketing features.
Your New Unified MLS Workspace
MARIS will be streamlining operations to centralize tools into one intuitive workspace for brokers and agents. All the MARIS products and services, plus all your association's products and services, will be available in one place, at login.

Seller Approved Marketing (SAM),and Other Listing Options
Coming in 2026, we will have three new Listing Options: "Confidential," "Seller Approved Marketing" (SAM),and "Full." The new Multiple Listing Options for Sellers policies allow greater flexibility in how and when a listing is marketed.
Sellers and their agents may choose the "Confidential" listing option, which delays broader advertising to other MLS participants while still filing the listing within the MLS. This provides additional privacy and strategic timing; the listing will only display for managing brokers, and the listing agent.
Sellers may choose delayed marketing exempt listings, aka the "Seller Approved Marketing" or SAM listing option, to keep a listing visible to only MLS Brokers and Agents.
And finally, the "Full" listing option will allow the greatest possible exposure to the MLS and the greater marketplace.
