On Wednesday, July 20 an updated version of Matrix will be released. This version will improve the user experience and prepare for further system updates.
Here are four new updates you can expect:
- The Matrix Navigation Bar will sport a bolder design, aligning it with best practices for accessibility. When increasing the zoom level, options falling outside of the screen width will be added to a “MORE” option.
- The Contacts page will undergo updates making it bolder and easier to navigate.
- A new Comparable option is included in the new release. While the other two CMA options will remain, the new button will allow you to pull comps directly from a 360-display and include MLS and non-MLS (pulled from tax records) properties.

- The Opt-In Email will change from optin.maris@tarasoft.net (currently in the Matrix help menu and shown below) to optin.maris@matrixemailer.com. Matrix help options will be updated once the updates take effect. If you have stored the email in the past, please update your records.
An alert will be added to Matrix once the changes go live. Matrix will be offline for about 15 minutes in the early morning Wednesday.
