CDOM Reset to 30 days

On October 2nd, Matrix was updated to reset the count of Cumulative Days on Market to zero (0) after 30 days instead of 60. 

How will it change your experience? 

Subscribers don't need to take any action. When a listing is marked as off-market (withdrawn, canceled, or expired),the Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM) will reset to zero (0) after 30 days, provided a new MLS number is generated.

AI-Powered Photo Captions by restb.ai

On October 2nd, Matrix Listing Input began to display an option to "Auto-generate descriptions on upload using restb.ai". See the video and frequently asked questions for more information on this update. 

How will it change your experience? 

This feature allows an agent to opt in to automatically generated captions for their listing photos. Photos with captions are consistently viewed more often and for longer than photos with no captions.
