Do You Have to be a member of an association or Board of REALTORS® to join MARIS MLS?
Yes, you must be a member of an Association or Board of REALTORS® and hold an active REALTOR® status. Your board does not need to be in Missouri; however, we will require a letter of good standing from your Board or Association dated within the month you join.
I’m a broker, if I join MARIS MLS, are my agents also required to join?
Yes, if you join MARIS MLS as the Participant Broker, all licensed agents under your brokerage who are members of the same Association or Board of REALTORS® are also required to join MARIS. This ensures compliance with MLS participation rules and provides full access for your entire office.
Does MARIS MLS require an application fee?
Yes. There is a $250 fee for new offices and a $50 fee for new members, including agents, admins, and reactivating agents who have been inactive for more than 30 days.
Are MARIS MLS fees refundable?
No, MARIS MLS fees are not refundable.
What forms of payment does MARIS MLS accept?
MARIS accepts payments online by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) or through the TeleCheck electronic check system. Cash payments are accepted at the MARIS office. MARIS also offers an auto-pay service for your convenience. Paper checks are not accepted.
How frequently does MARIS MLS invoice subscriber fees?
MARIS invoices subscriber fees on a quarterly basis.
Am I allowed to share my MARIS MLS user ID and password?
No. Your MARIS MLS user ID and password are strictly personal and may not be shared with anyone. Sharing login credentials violates MLS rules and can result in suspension, loss of MLS access, and a substantial fine.
