I started in real estate as the Director of Marketing and Professional Services for the 5,000+ members of the Naples Area Board of Realtors.  When a job opened just to the north in Bonita Springs/Estero, I was hired as the CEO supporting both the Association and MLS.   In 2006, I was hired as the founding CEO of the Connecticut MLS (CTMLS) where I served CT brokers and agents for 11 years.  More recently, as an executive with several national brokerages over the last 8 years, I have gained an in-depth understanding of the business, legal, and technological pressures shaping modern brokerages and the MLS.
