Considered by MARIS to be a full agent with full Agent access and rights to the MLS system, and will be charged at the full Agent fee. The qualifications for a Licensed Administrator Waiver are as follows:

Licensed Administrator Waiver Exceptions
- The licensed administrator will serve only in an administrative (clerical) capacity within the office.
- The licensed administrator is NOT a REALTOR® member of an Association or Board of REALTORS®.
- The licensed administrator does NOT list or sell real estate.
- The licensed administrator does NOT receive commissions or compensation related to listing, selling, or leasing.
- The licensed administrator does NOT hold membership or access credentials with SUPRA, SentriLock, or any other lockbox system.

Note: If the licensed administrator at any time engages in listing, selling, or other real estate activities, or otherwise fails to meet the above conditions, the administrator must immediately:
- Notify MARIS of the change
- Be reclassified as a full MLS Subscriber, and
- Pay the full quarterly subscriber fee of $120.00, plus back fees to the date of MLS use as a full MLS Subscriber.
The Participant (Broker) assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with the above terms and notifying MARIS of any change in status.
- Complete and sign the Assistant Application.
- Submit the application to Membership@marismls.com for processing.
- Once your application is processed, you’ll receive an email with your User ID, Password, and instructions on how to access the MARIS MLS system.
