- Added expiration date to the 360 Property View Report .

Changes Made on or before 6/31/2025
- Users added in Rapattoni are flowing into Matrix
- The system was allowing MARIS NEWS to be entered for any association by any association. This has been updated so each association only as access to their own.
- MLS Staff listing transfer form was not working correctly. This has been updated.
- OfficeExclusive listings were emailed out. This capability has been turned off for all Office Exclusive listings
- Market Conditions report updated to show the list and the original price.
- Added above-grade square footage to the Matrix Map View.
- Added a new 360 Property view with a map.
- Days on Market (DOM) were accruing after a listing was in the closed status. This has been updated so DOM does not accrue in off-market/ closed statuses.
- Land Listings could not be submitted and gave the error of "Year Built Required," but the year built field was not available. This has been resolved.
- CMA 1 Line (Portrait) was showing blank. Updated to populate information.
- Statistical Market Analysis re-built for the new system.
- Updated Matrix Stats to show the correct Months of Inventory.
- Hit Counters were not working for Coming Soon listings. This was updated and functions properly
- Kickout status not showing in the 360 Property View. This was added under "Listing/Contract Info."
- In the Agent Only Format, the field "Seller Consessions Considered YN" was added under "Seller Concessions."
- "Not" Radio buttons were missing from the Interior and Exterior search fields on the residential search.
- Restored the "CheckIt" feature.
- Introduced the ShowingAssist Manager to allow Admin to make updates in ShowingTime.
- Made "Levels" a mandatory field at the request of Agents.

- TrustFunds was down. Updated so it was working again.
- Incorrect listings were showing in the "My Overdue Pending Listings." This has been updated.
- Updated the "MyMatrix" heading to take you back to the Matrix homescreen.
- The Ranking Report was not pulling up stats. Updated so the Ranking Report works correctly.
- Updated displays so that "Dimensions" are displayed.
- Manufactured homes displays have been updated and style is showing on 350 Property View.
- Reports were updated to show the address at the top.
- Bedroom and bathroom counts were showing zeros. Updated to reflect the correct count.
- Roster information was not editable by agents. Updated to give this capability.
- The roster input display was showing the agent's phone number instead of the agent's name. This was updated to show the correct value.
- Listing input was sporadically not allowing Agent IDs to be input in the "Listing Agent" field. This was updated and fixed.
- Listings were not automatically expiring on their expiration date. This has been updated.
- Licensee Assisting Seller has been added, backfilled and is now on input forms and displaysUser is able to add a team.
- ListingID is now generating history when status or price changes
- Agents can change OfficeExclusive YN after they have changed the status. This allows the agent to leave office exclusive at any time.
- ID type "Firm Not Liscensed" was unable to edit all listings in the firm. This has been fixed and updated.
- ShowingTime Link not displaying. This has been updated.
- Open House input was not allowing open houses to be submitted. This has been updated and this functionality is now available.
- Market Watch was not displaying information. Updated to pull the data.
- CMA's erroring out. This has been fixed.
- List Price rule amended so that it is not required when OfficeExclusiveYN = Y
- Pending warning updated.
- The map has been updated to show the parcel information of other properties.
- The system was not letting an agent put in 0 for the concessions amount. This has been updated.
- Summary and Agent Summary reports were not able to be printed as PDFs. This has been updated.
- "Change to Closed" input was not finding inactive buyers agents. This has been updated.
- Bed bedroom and bathroom count was updated to properly syndicate the correct info to third party websites.
