Here are five features that make Remine stand out as a great mobile tool for your business:

Predict Listings. Remine is the first MARIS Product to add a “sell score” feature using predictive analytics and big data to determine how likely someone is to sell their home and pairing it with the ability to add that listing to a cart for marketing.

Engage with your client. Not only can you get access to Remine via mobile app but your clients can too. By inviting them to Engage, you provide them the autonomy to create and save searches while that data collects at your fingertips including favorites, saved searches, and shared properties.

Research properties. Use the map or enter the address on the search bar to find and research MLS/public record property details. Common listing information is included along with multiple valuation models, owner email and phone numbers (when available in public record),and net estimated equity.

Send a CMA. Remine is another great option for sending a CMA anytime, anywhere. It enables you to send branded reports with 3-5 pages in a matter of minutes from your smart device.

Set a Safety Timer. Remine’s Safety Timer is another great tool you can make part of your safety plan. Called Start Tour, it is located within the property specific listing details.

You can set a timer that will notify a contact in the event of an emergency and it also shows a distress alert option as the timer counts down. Remine provides you options to reach out to friends, co-workers, or family should an emergency occur with just the click of a button.
